Plastic processing equipment undergoes a series of processing technologies such as forming definition, blister molding, compression molding, extrusion, and injection molding to complete the production of plastics. 1. Preparation before driving
⑴ Plastic used for extrusion molding. The original information should reach the required dull request, and further dull if necessary. The raw materials are sieved to remove agglomerates and mechanical impurities.
⑵ Check whether the water, electricity, and gas systems in the equipment are normal, to ensure that the water and gas paths are unblocked and leak-free, whether the electrical system is normal, whether the heating system, temperature control, and various instruments work reliably.
⑶ Install the machine head and sizing sleeve. According to the type and size of the product, select the specifications of the machine head. Install the machine head in the following order.
2. Drive
⑴You can start driving after the constant temperature. Before driving, tighten the head and the flange bolts of the extruder again to eliminate the difference between the heat shrinkage of the bolts and the head. The first step of tightening the head bolts is to tighten them diagonally, and the force should be evenly tightened. . When tightening the flange nuts of the machine head, please tighten the surrounding areas, otherwise the material will run out.
⑵To start driving, first press the "ready to start" button, then connect the "start" button, and then slowly rotate the screw speed adjustment knob, the screw speed starts slowly. Then gradually speed it up and add a small amount of material at the same time. When feeding, pay close attention to the indication changes of the host ammeter and various indicator heads. The screw torque cannot exceed the red mark.
⑶When the die is evenly discharged and the plasticization is good, the sizing sleeve can be stopped. The judgement of the plasticization level requires experience. Generally, it can be judged according to the appearance of the extruded material, that is, the appearance is shiny, free of impurities, no foaming, burnt material and discoloration, and the extruded material is squeezed to the corresponding level and does not appear. Burrs and cracks have corresponding elasticity, which means that the material is plasticized well.
3. Parking
Stop feeding and squeeze out the plastic in the equipment. When the screw is exposed, turn off the power of the barrel and head to stop heating. Turn off the power supply of the equipment and auxiliary machines, and stop the operation of the screw and auxiliary machines. Turn over the connecting flange of the machine head and disassemble the machine head. Liquidate the various parts of the perforated plate and the machine head. In order to avoid damaging the inner and outer surfaces of the machine head during liquidation, the remaining materials in the machine head should be liquidated with steel laws and steel sheets, and then use sandpaper to remove the plastic adhering to the machine head, polish it, and coat it with engine oil or silicone oil. rust.
