   Daily maintenance and medium and long-term maintenance of injection molding machine

    1、 Daily maintenance (daily patrol inspection)

    1. Check whether the screws at the core pulling and inserting, oil cylinder, pressing plate, joint and other parts on the die are loose or missing. 2. Check whether each core pulling and inserting wire, travel switch, microswitch, position ruler, emergency stop button, etc. work normally. 3. Check whether the oil level of the machine is above the center line, whether the oil quality is good and whether the oil temperature is normal. (available at 30 ~ 45 ℃ and 5 ~ 55 ℃)

    4. Check whether there is leakage or blockage at the oil cylinder, oil pipe and action seal connection of each water circuit and oil circuit.

    5. Check whether there is enough lubricating oil in each lubricating point, oil pipe and centralized lubricating box, whether it can be lubricated normally, and whether there is fracture and blockage everywhere.

    6. Check whether there is peculiar smell and noise in the distribution box, whether all components and wires are overheated, coking, falling off, or whether there are dust and foreign matters.

    7. Check whether the ventilation and filtering devices in the distribution box work normally and ensure good heat dissipation.

    8. Check whether there is abnormal noise, overheating and other phenomena in the action of each part (main motor, demoulding motor, oil motor, oil pump and oil pump)

    2、 Medium and long term maintenance

    1. Clean the oil and water stains on the distribution box and machine once a week.

    2. Arrange or replace cooling water pipes, core wires and oil pipes every week.

    3. Thoroughly clean and tidy the workshop tools, material racks, mold area and all machines once a week.

    4. Check whether the lower hopper has magnetic frame (return material) and filter screen (powder material) every week.

    5. Check and clean each oil filter, bypass filter, oil suction filter, ventilation filter, filter screen and other filtering devices every month.

    6. Monthly check whether the AC contactors and other electrical components operate normally, whether there is peculiar smell and whether there is vibration during operation.

    7. Drain the oil and water under the switch mold chassis every month to prevent leakage.

    8. Check whether the power supply voltage is too low or too high every quarter. Whether the power cord is damaged, whether the grounding is intact, and whether each connector is loose.

    9. Check the hydraulic oil quality quarterly.

    10. Thoroughly clean the oil cooler once half a year and clean the waterway.

    11. Each lubricating point shall be lubricated once every six months. (such as mold adjustment, moving plate, moving formwork, pre molding oil motor, whole moving pedestal and other movable places)

    12. Check whether the wiring and components of each part are aging and whether the insulation is good every year.

    12. Check whether the seals and high and low pressure oil pipes are aged and worn every year, and handle and replace them at any time.

    13. Clean the solenoid valves of all parts with kerosene or diesel every year to ensure the normal operation of the machine.

    14. Check and adjust the mechanical levelness, parallelism of four coring columns and the tightness of the sliding foot of the bottom plate every year.

    15. Check whether the operation of main motor, oil pump and oil motor is abnormal every year.

    3、 Others

    1. Unused valves, nozzles, front barrel, screws, etc. must be coated with an appropriate amount of butter before storage.

    2. When the front barrel and nozzle are installed on the machine, the screws must be coated with high temperature resistant molybdenum disulfide to prevent rust.

    3. When the machine is not used for a long time (or when the machine is not used in winter), the cooling water in the cooling water circuit must be drained,

    All parts of the machine (such as guide rod, etc.) shall be evenly coated with anti rust agent, grease, etc. (it shall be wiped with appropriate neutral solvent during next use)

    4. For machines that are not used for a long time, PS, PP and PE materials must be used to clean the screw and barrel before shutdown to prevent corrosion.
